Star Media Weddings is a small wedding media boutique located in the Twin Cities, owned and operated by Lexie and Alex Star - a husband and wife duo with a love for animals, travel, story telling, and media. We are dedicated to building personal relationships, being a source of calm in the craziness that is planning a wedding, and providing cinematic photos and videos fitting to your taste. Videography
Wedding Videography is such a special and underrated service to have for your wedding day. Photography is usually pretty standard when it comes to wedding media in Minnesota, but you miss out on so much when you don’t book wedding videography! Being able to relive your wedding day through video is a priceless experience. Personally, we (Lexie and Alex - the owners of Star Media Weddings - Professional and affordable videography out of Minneapolis, Minnesota) watch our wedding video on every anniversary to reminisce and it’s always an emotional event that we look forward to. We’ve had many couples tell us that they’re hesitant about booking wedding videography because they’re not sure if they can squeeze it in the budget, but we’ve never had anyone tell us they regret booking wedding videography (quite the opposite actually!). Photography
Wedding photography is such an integral part of getting married. The beautiful thing about wedding photography is that each photo is a moment captured in time that you can look back at forever and relive. These are wedding photos that you’ll look back on during each anniversary, send to family and friends, and print to hang around your home - it’s a big deal and we treat it as such!
Portraits
Engagement sessions are fun, intimate photo shoots that allow us to get to know each other before the wedding! We'll get a better understanding of your style preferences while sharing laughs and stories. Afterwards, you'll have a variety of gorgeous photos to announce your engagement, add to your wedding invitations and save the dates, and build up the hype for your big day! After the wedding is over, we love continuing to capture our couple's milestones throughout their marriage.
